CNC Turner

Shorterm Group is currently recruiting experienced CNC Turners and CNC Millers on behalf of a well-established precision manufacturing business based on the outskirts of Bristol.These are hands-on roles involving setting, operating, and online programming CNC machines in a high-precision environment. Online programming experience is preferred but not essential, as training can be provided for the right candidates.The roles will involve:- Setting and operating CNC turning or milling machines- Online programming (Fanuc controls)- Multi-axis / twin-spindle machines (Turners)- Reading engineering drawings and working to tight tolerances- Tool changes, offsets, and basic fault findingShifts – Double Days:- Morning: 6:00am-2:00pm (Mon-Thurs), 6:00am-11:00am (Fri)- Afternoon: 2:00pm-10:00pm (Mon-Thurs), 11:00am-4:00pm (Fri)Experience with Citizen Miyano machines is advantageous for Turners but not essential.To apply or for more information, please contact Max Fairclough at Shorterm Group.
