The Role

To meet growing demand for our services, we’re looking for a Dutch-speaking Collections Executive to join our team. You will play a vital role in maintaining constructive, professional relationships with customers, ensuring timely resolution of payment issues. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing fintech and contribute to its success.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality service to resolve under- or non-paying customer issues

• Manage high-value arrears cases, considering varied and unique customer circumstances

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, and written communication, with accuracy and care

• Build positive relationships with merchants to validate their situation and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes

• Negotiate and implement solutions that balance merchant circumstances with business interests

• Collaborate across internal departments to strategize and action the most appropriate path for each case

• Ensure adherence to applicable laws and industry guidelines

• Demonstrate empathy, professionalism, and accuracy in all interactions

• Show resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

• Exhibit strong business sense and enthusiasm for helping SMEs

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Credit Control, Collections, or Debt Recovery

• Fluent in both Dutch and English
