This fast-growing FinTech is on the hunt for a Collections Strategy Manager to help shape how they engage with customers and recover debt

THE ROLE

As Collections Strategy Manager, you’ll sit at the heart of commercial decision-making – bridging credit risk, data, and operations. You’ll be responsible for designing, testing, and implementing collections and recoveries strategies that balance performance with customer experience.

You’ll work closely with data scientists, product managers, and credit teams to:

• Build, monitor, and evolve collections strategies and segmentation models
• Use data and MI to identify performance trends and improvement opportunities
• Develop and test new contact strategies across digital and traditional channels
• Partner with analytics and engineering teams to enhance automation and decisioning tools
• Support regulatory compliance (CONC, FCA) while driving commercial outcomes

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in collections or recoveries strategy (ideally in consumer lending, auto finance, or FinTech)
• Strong understanding of credit risk lifecycle and performance metrics
• Proficiency with SQL / SAS / Python (hands-on analysis experience)
