    Job Description:

    As a Commercial Account Executive, you will be an integral part of a growing team, delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships with both new and existing clients. This role offers a perfect blend of business development and account management, allowing you to have ownership over your clients while driving growth for the business.

    We’re looking for someone personable, self-motivated, and eager to take on new challenges. If you have a commercial insurance background and are passionate about helping clients navigate their insurance needs, this could be the perfect role for you.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for ensuring clients are correctly and adequately insured for all their insurance exposures
    • Developing and strengthening relationships with existing clients, while identifying and securing new clients through targeted marketing and proactive outreach.
    • Own your client accounts, ensuring all policies and renewals are tailored to meet their needs. Resolve queries promptly and efficiently, while providing expert advice.
    • Collaborate with clients to create and manage renewal strategies, maximising retention and renewal success.
    • Ensure the highest standards in policy documentation, due diligence, and maintaining accurate client records.
    • Drive quality, consistency, and accuracy in all aspects of the sales and retention process

    Experience:

    • A minimum of 3 years Commercial insurance knowledge
    • Prior experience within a similar role and able to demonstrate new business wins
    • Ability to multitask, prioritise effectively, and manage a diverse workload while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
    • Strong communication skills with a knack for developing face-to-face and business-to-business relationships.
    • Experience across a range of classes of business with non-motor being preferable but not essential.

    Qualifications:

    CII insurance qualification desirable but not essential
