    Snapshot of Your Day

    As a
    Commercial Intern at Siemens Energy, you will be immersed in a dynamic and
    collaborative environment. You will support commercial sales and project
    management for local services and complex LTPs and fleet management contracts.
    Your day will involve working closely with key stakeholders, providing input
    for forecasting and budget planning, and ensuring the accuracy of financial
    records. You will play a crucial role in supporting the Field Service team and
    ensuring compliance with Siemens-FRG and local IFRS.



    How
    You’ll Make an Impact

     

    • Support commercial
      sales for local services and local share for complex LTPs and fleet
      management contracts.
    • Assist in
      commercial project management for LTP and fleet management execution, as
      well as Field Service ad hoc projects, in collaboration with key
      stakeholders (offshore competence centers, legal, local operations, and
      CFO).
    • Provide
      information for input to the forecasting process and budget planning.
    • Support the Field
      Service team with involvement planning, costing, and absorption.
    • Ensure the
      accuracy of books and records and support the monthly closing process,
      including recording in appropriate systems such as SAP and Project Dash.
      Ensure compliance with Siemens-FRG and local IFRS.

    What You
    Bring 

    • Bachelor’s or
      master’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
    • Proven Commercial
      Project Management experience (1-3 years).
    • Level S
      certification for Commercial Project Manager.
    • Fluent in
      Portuguese and English; a third language is beneficial.
    • Proficient in SAP
      and Microsoft Office.
    • Familiarity with
      rules and regulations, including Compliance, ECC, NCM, and RIC.
    • Ability to
      communicate fluently with both team members and management throughout the
      project lifecycle.
    • Experience in
      building and working with cross-functional and international teams (HUB,
      HQ, etc.).
