Commercial Manager Intellectual Property

Snapshot of Your Day

As the Commercial Manager Intellectual Property, you will be responsible
for managing and overseeing all financial aspects of intellectual property
within the organization. Your day will involve financial analysis and
reporting, contract setup and license management. You will work closely with
various international departments to ensure compliant and effective management
of IP assets.  The role includes
controlling tasks ensuring financial accuracy and efficiency.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• IP
  Management
  : Oversee the management of IP, including setting up
  and maintaining license contracts, alignment with governance functions and
  coordination of asset transfers.
• License
  Management
  : Organize contracts with licenses.  This includes handling the invoice,
  documentation of fees, consolidation and charge reporting across various
  products / solutions, annual reviews and standardization of license
  calculations.
• Contracts
  : Set
  up contracts to ensure tax compliance, manage document depository
  (SharePoint) for backup information and carry out alignments between
  business, regions and governance functions. Provide necessary support
  during tax audits.
• Controlling
  :
  Commercial management of product development projects. Productivity
  monitoring and reporting of our India engineering workforce

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business
  administration, or a related field.

• 3+ years’
  experience in a similar environment, SAP R/3 (FI/CO), MS Office, fluent in English; proficiency in German and/or Norwegian is a plus
• Experience in
  preparation of contracts, financial project planning, and controlling, familiarity with tax compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in preparing and managing reports and handling license agreements and charges
• Strong financial
  management skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively, excellent
  communication and organizational skills.
• Flexibility for potential travels, ability to communicate points of view and make recommendations clearly and constructively, enthusiasm, team spirit, and interest in working in a dynamic and international environment.
