    You’ll Make an Impact

    • Support Commercial Project Manager in day-to-day
      project activities.
    • Data input and analysis related to project financial
      KPIs and provide support to Project Team
    • Cost Centre Analysis and updates where required.
    • Management of Accruals, Provisions and Work in Process.
    • Accounts Payable Management, reconciliations, and urgent
      payment requests etc
    • Commercial Invoicing, raising Debit/ Credit Memo
    • Support of Project controlling activities
    • Prepare Hedging requests and update according to any
      changes on project.
    • Booking and controlling all the third parties’ invoices
    • Responsible for review, analysis, and updates in SAP/other
      tools.
    • Creating, following, and controlling sales invoices of
      contracts.
    • Communicate with customers. monitoring and controlling
      the collections.
    • Assist in controlling and analysing financial reports
      on monthly, quarterly basis for the project management.
    • Assist in Budgeting and Forecasting process.
    • Update actuals & forecast for planning and
      controlling project KPIs.
    • Coordination with various support department and other
      teams in project activities.
    • Assist in preparation and response in internal /
      external audits.
    • Assist in site related topics including petty cash in
      line with company policy.
    • Workflow & GR/IR – Clearance, review, and clearance
      of aged AP items.
    • Raise change management in the system & Booking of
      CCN in Spiridon.
    • Handling of various project related tools (Project
      Dash, PM Impact, Cash Tool).
    • Proficient in Spiridon (MM, SD and PS modules) –
      retrieve various reports as per project requirement.
    • Maintaining and monitoring accuracy of AR due dates for
      all projects.
    • Coordination with site team for various day to day
      operations.
    • Assist in managing project insurances, guarantees and
      bonds for customers and suppliers.
    • Assist in managing contractual claims with all relevant
      parties (internal and external) and insurance claims.
    • Monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing (including
      postings, accruals, provisions in PDJV.
    • Assist in preparation of monthly project review
      meetings.
    • A fair understanding of company-internal guidelines and
      policies
    • A fair knowledge of basic Contract management
    • A fair knowledge of risk, opportunity, and claim
      management

    What You Bring

    • 2+ years of experience in financial execution of
      large-scale, international projects
    • Project Management methods, processes and tools
    • Relevant E Business Processes (project execution,
      sales, purchasing, LoA)
    • Calculation methods / Finance Models
    • Business Administration
    • Project Controlling
    • Accounting Principles (US GAAP, HGB,…)
    • Contract/Claim Management
