Birmingham City Centre Salary: Up to £30,000 (DOE) Full-time Permanent
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Career Paralegal to join our Commercial team based in our Birmingham city centre office. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated paralegal looking to take the next step in their legal career within a supportive and well-established team.
Working closely with our Senior Associate, you will gain exposure to high-quality commercial work and play a key role in supporting the team’s ongoing success.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level paralegal support on a range of commercial matters
- Assist with drafting, reviewing, and preparing legal documents
- Conduct legal research and maintain case files
- Work closely with senior fee-earners to support ongoing client matters
- Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders where required
About You
We are looking for someone who is proactive, organised, and committed to a long-term paralegal career.
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in commercial law
- Strong organisational and drafting skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- A genuine interest in corporate/commercial work
