    Corporate Receptionist
    Permanent£30k – £35kI am currently hiring for a Corporate Receptionist positon to work for one of London’s leading investment management firms based in stunning offices in the City of London. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a Corporate Receptionist role and has worked in a fast paced environment.What you’ll do:

    • Meet and greet all guests
    • Manage a busy switchboard
    • Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure meeting rooms are clean and tidy
    • Act as first point of contact for all visitors
    • Organise staff lunches as and when required
    • Assist with Events
    • Ensure all stationery, and kitchen supplies are replenished
    • Handle incoming and outgoing post
    • Assist with any ad hoc duties
    • Inbox management
    • Organise and coordinate staff socials

    What you’ll need:

    • Previous experience working in a Receptionist role within a corporate environment
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Positive, can-do attitude
    • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks accordingly
    • Strong knowledge of MS Office
    • Detail-oriented, reliable & a team player
