    Are you customer-focused with a proactive and dedicated mindset?

    We are looking for Customer Order Management Coordinator to join the team.

    You will be involved in working closely with the operations and spare parts & supply team, responding to and fulfilling the operational order requests, ensuring they are dealt with compliantly, quickly and efficiently with a cost and time focused approach.

    How You’ll Make an Impact 


    • Raise Purchase Orders for Operational requirement accurately and on-time
    • Be the first point of contact for Operations order escalations
    • Working in place of an MRP (Material Requirement Planning) controller, matching input and demand is always balanced
    • Track and expedite orders from placement through delivery with visible dates to key stakeholders
    • Ability to work geographically separated from customers, suppliers, and key stakeholders
    • Building and sustaining outstanding key stakeholder relationships.
    • Deal with all non-conformances in a timely manner ensuring a remedial action is communicated for non-re-occurrence

    What You Bring

    • Ability to manage a diverse workload and be self-motivated but team focused.
    • Should have excellent IT skills with experience of working in an industrial office.
    • Experience of SAP systems with MRP (Material requirement Planning) functionality is an advantage.
    • Hands on experience working with sales administration or a supply chain management function
    • Composure Under Pressure:
       Ability to remain calm and collected, regardless of the situation.
    • Customer-Centric Approach:
       Capable of delivering detailed work while maintaining a positive and approachable attitude
