Your new role
Assisting clients with their requirements and supporting with the provision of professional guidelines
Handle the administration of client accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry regulations
Proactively promote products and services that will meet the clients’ requirements
Stay informed about industry trends, changes in regulations, and emerging products to provide informed advice to clients
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders
What you’ll need to succeed
Telephone and written customer service experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
IT skills, particularly MS Office packages
Administration competency
Enthusiasm and motivation to develop a career within the insurance industry
