Your new company
A manufacturing company based in Crawley is looking for a full-time Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team who pride themselves on giving excellent customer service from start to finish.
Your new role
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound telephone calls and emails. You will be handling order processing with manufacturers and act as the main point of contact. You will be chasing orders as well as general administrative tasks.
What you’ll need to succeed
You will have previous customer service experience and order processing. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be proficient in Microsoft Suite. You will be able to work well in a team and independently and have excellent organisation skills.
What you’ll get in return
This is a full-time, fully office-based permanent position. The role is based in Crawley, paying between £23,000 – £25,000. You will work Monday to Friday from 8am-5pm, plus many more exciting benefits!
