    Job Title:Customer Service RepresentativeLocation: Chippenham, UK (Office-based with occasional flexibility)Salary: £25,000 per annum (dependent on experience)Start Date: Early November
    Role Overview:

    They are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their dedicated team. You will be answering enquiries and ensuring a smooth customer journey. The ideal candidate will be numerate, friendly, and eager to engage with customers.
    Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering phone calls and handling a mixture of queries, including procurement, finance, and sales.
  • Taking sales enquiries, gathering information, and passing it on to the team.
  • Managing the customer journey, including updating customers on delivery times, arranging shipping, and handling queries, complaints, and returns.
  • Using SAP for customer management (experience with SAP is ideal but not required).
  • Supporting the team with various administrative tasks as needed.

    • Requirements:

  • Experience in customer service, retail, or front-of-house roles.
  • Strong numeracy skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Friendly, eager to engage with customers, and has a positive attitude.
