    Temporary Customer Service Advisor

    Join our client’s team as a Client Service Adviser, where you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide support and solutions to clients and customers
    • Perform all processes and procedures in line with documentation
    • Foster relationships with both internal and external stakeholders

    Your Responsibilities:

    • Engage fully with clients, understanding their business, challenges they face, and how to support them
    • Deliver proactive management of the services provided to clients by identifying and resolving issues quickly and implementing permanent solutions

    Preferred Experience:

    • Evidence of customer service and customer relationship background
    • Proven ability to deliver high standards of client satisfaction
    • Good communication skills
    • Google Workspace knowledge
    • Change agent
