Customer Service Coordinator

Juice are delighted to be working with a leading company based in Gloucester in their search fro a Customer Care Coordinator.

If you are passionate about providing excellent customer service and have previous office experience, this is the ideal role for you.

Day to day:

  • Processing sales orders
  • Using the company internal systems to receive and process sales orders
  • Answering incoming customer calls in a professional manner
  • Responding to customer inquiries and providing the expected standard to ensure full customer satisfaction
  • Communicate order status updates and delivery information to customers
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve any problems or keep track of orders

We love to see:

  • Previous experience working within a customer service role
  • Excellent computer literacy and experience in MS Office Applications
  • Previous office experience is desirable
  • Someone who is able to work well within a fast-paced environment
  • Professional phone etiquette
