    Job Description:
    As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the workflow of our customer service operations for a busy manufacturing company supplying national retailers This role focusses on ensuring efficient processes and timely responses to customer enquiries, without direct management of staff.
    Key Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate and monitor the workflow of customer service tasks to ensure timely and accurate completion.
    • Develop and implement efficient processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with various departments to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
    • Analyse customer service metrics and prepare reports to identify areas for improvement.
