Customs Clearance Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Customs Clearance Specialist to join our client in Bradford. In this role, you’ll process all of the necessary documentation to clear exports across Europe and the Far East.Main duties to include:

• Contact customers, agents and sub-contractors to obtain information required to process customs clearances.
• Communicate with ports for updates on shipment clearance
• Customs entries
• Raise invoices, including relevant duty and taxes

We are looking for:

• Experience of working in a customs role
• Experience of import or export documentation
• Experience of customs entries
• Good customer service skills
