    A Snapshot of Your Day

    The Data Custodian will be responsible for managing and
    leading all aspects of the organization’s data assets to ensure data quality,
    integrity, and security. This role involves working closely with various
    departments to lead the alignment to data maintenance policies, establish data
    standards, and support data-related projects.

    How You Will Make an Impact:

    • Improve Data Quality by
      implementing robust data governance policies and conducting regular
      audits, you will ensure that our data is accurate, reliable, and
      up-to-date, which is essential for informed decision-making.
    • Support Strategic
      Initiatives & Ad-hoc requests: by providing high-quality data and
      insightful reports, you will support key strategic initiatives and
      projects, enabling the organization to achieve its goals efficiently!
    •  Your expertise in data management and
      your ability to build comprehensive data catalogs will streamline data
      access and usage across the organization, leading to increased operational
      efficiency.
    • Through training and
      support, you will empower employees to use data effectively, encouraging a
      culture of data-driven decision-making.
    • Your vigilance in
      maintaining data protection standards and compliance with regulations will
      safeguard the organization against data breaches and legal issues.

    What you bring

    • Education:

      Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Data
      Science, or a related field.
    • Experience:
      > 8
      years of experience in data management, data governance, or a related
      role.
    • Proficiency in data
      management tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel, data cataloging tools).
    • Required Experience with
      Salesforce (SFDC), including the creation and management of reports and
      dashboards.
    •  Solid understanding of data governance
      frameworks, data quality principles, and data protection regulations.
    • Excellent verbal and
      written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data
      concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Strong analytical and
      problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
    • Relevant certifications
      such as Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) or Data Governance
      and Stewardship Professional (DGSP) is a plus
    • Expertise with data
      visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SFDC Dashboards).

    About the Team

    Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power
    generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power
    generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators.
    Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and
    digitalization of the fleet
