As a Data Solution Architect, you will play a critical role in ensuring that the organization’s data infrastructure supports its business objectives and enables data-driven decision-making.

Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in technical discipline; Master’s preferred.
• 15+ years of data experience with at least 5 years as a data architect.
• Insurance experience is highly preferred.
• 5+ years of proven experience in designing and implementing data solutions in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of data architecture principles, data modeling techniques, and data integration methods.
• Proficiency in database technologies, such as SQL, NoSQL, and data warehousing platforms.
• Familiarity with big data technologies, such as Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, and cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Experience with master data management, data security, data governance frameworks and processes.
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to balance the long-term “big picture” and short term implications of decisions.
