    As part of the Digital Transformation Team you will support
    in designing, developing, and implementing transformative projects and
    processes in a dynamic and global environment.

    How You’ll Make an Impact

    • You will run the
      Digitalization, Automation and Lean manufacturing projects for the Trento
      factory
    • You will drive and
      implement the Digitalization projects internally to the factory
    • You will help to reduce
      the manual time in the offices implementing Analytic/Robotic processes
      Automation
    • Cooperate with other teams
      and Siemens Energy factories on global digitalization projects
    • The Digital Transformation
      Team has ownership of a variety of topics like:
    • Desktop Apps Development
      UIX
    • Analytic Process
      Automation / Robotic Process Automation
    • Data collection, Data
      quality, Data monitoring
    • Industry 4.0 Investments


    What You Bring


    • A constant learner that
      adapts to the constantly evolving IT landscape
    • A person with a
      “data-based” thinking that supports in the transformation
      towards a digital company
    • Very confident with
      English skills, Enthusiastic approach in front of new challenges
    • Software development
      skills and Object Oriented Programming Languages like C#, Python, etc.
    • Data Management skills
      like Database Design with T-SQL
    • Familiarity with
      Low-Code/No-Code APA and RPA Platforms like UiPath, Power Automate,
      Alteryx, etc.
    • Industrial assets:
      supervision, SCADA, PLC, IoT ;
    • Robotic process Automation
      topics: intermediate knowledge
    • Availability to travel 15%
      of the time
