    Salary: From £50,000Our client, a leading mental health hospital specializing in the rehabilitation of adults with mental health conditions, is offering an exciting opportunity for a Director of Clinical Services
    to join their dynamic leadership team. This senior role presents the chance to lead and shape clinical services, ensuring high-quality patient care while fostering a culture of continuous improvement in a fast-paced, evolving environment.As the Director of Clinical Services, you will have oversight of all clinical operations, including nursing and therapy services, playing a critical role in the strategic development and delivery of the hospital’s objectives. You will work alongside a passionate multidisciplinary team, developing strong relationships with external professionals and driving positive clinical outcomes.Essential Qualifications & Experience:

    • NMC Registration
      : A nursing qualification (RMN or RNLD) with a valid UK NMC PIN.
    • Leadership Experience
      : Proven experience in managerial roles (e.g., Ward Manager, Director of Clinical Services), with strong leadership and decision-making capabilities. A forward-thinking, proactive, and creative approach to problem-solving is essential.
    • Budget Management
      : Demonstrated experience in managing clinical budgets and resources effectively.
    • Regulatory Knowledge
      : In-depth knowledge of statutory regulations and their application in a mental health setting.
    • People Management
      : A strong background in people management, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff while developing high-performance teams.
    • Innovation & Culture
      : A proven track record of leading and implementing quality initiatives, fostering innovation, and creating a positive, engaging work culture.
