Job Description:We are looking for a passionate and creative Drama Teacher to join our team in North Tyneside. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Drama to Key Stage 3 and 4 students, inspiring a love for the performing arts and fostering a dynamic and inclusive classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and innovative drama lessons.
- Encourage student participation and creativity in performances and projects.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share best practices.
- Participate in school events, productions, and extracurricular activities.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching Drama at Key Stage 3 and 4.
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for the performing arts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
