    This role involves providing high-level administrative support to the CEO of a public sector organisation. The EA to the CEO will handle a variety of tasks, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and liaising with various stakeholders.

    Description

    • Manage CEO’s schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements
    • Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings and presentations
    • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
    • Handle correspondence with stakeholders and the public
    • Implement and monitor projects as directed by the CEO
    • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of activities
    • Provide general secretarial support to the CEO
    • Perform other duties as assigned

    Profile

    A successful EA to the CEO should have:

    • Proven experience in a similar role
    • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
