Role Overview:
- Full-time, term-time only
position - Provide 1:1 and small group support to students, encouraging progress and attainment
- Assist with behaviour management in the classroom and around the school
- Collaborate with the SEN team to deliver tailored learning strategies
- Confidently lead sessions to support students with SEN
Essential Requirements:
- 1:1 or 2:1 Education Degree
from a leading UK university - Experience working with children, preferably with SEN
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and confident in managing student behaviour
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with teachers, students, and parents
