    Role Overview:

    • Full-time, term-time only
      position
    • Provide 1:1 and small group support to students, encouraging progress and attainment
    • Assist with behaviour management in the classroom and around the school
    • Collaborate with the SEN team to deliver tailored learning strategies
    • Confidently lead sessions to support students with SEN

    Essential Requirements:

    • 1:1 or 2:1 Education Degree
      from a leading UK university
    • Experience working with children, preferably with SEN
    • Enthusiastic, proactive, and confident in managing student behaviour
    • Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with teachers, students, and parents
