Your new company
A social housing provider in Lincolnshire is looking for an Electrician to join their team on a permanent basis. Covering a patch around Lincolnshire but with jobs focused around the area closest to you. (Usual hotspots are Louth & Skegness).
Paid 40 hours per week, working 8am – 4:30pm.
£36,000 basic salary but total earnings expected to be around £38,000 with overtime bonuses

Your new role
Responsive repairs to occupied properties around Lincolnshire.
Working to decrease the repairs backlog and complete all new repairs requests for tenants.
Testing & inspecting works, fault finding, rewiring. All aspects of electrical work within domestic properties.
Potentially bits of multiskilled work as and when required to prepare for electrical works to be undertaken or to finish of works once completed (i.e removing or applying plaster)
What you’ll need to succeed
Ideal qualifications include: NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, 18th edition, 2391
Full UK driving license
Be able to pass a DBS check
Be confident when dealing with tenants (ideally worked in social housing or another public facing maintenance role)
