They work on several social housing contracts.
Your new role
Carrying out day to day responsive repairs.
Installing fuse boards, lighting and switch accessories.
A variety of PPM to carry out.
What you’ll need to succeed
You will need to be NVQ Level 3 qualified.
Have your Testing & Inspection 2391.
Experience of working in social housing is very advantageous.
