Rate
:£24.43 – £30.00 PAYE with holiday pay or £27 – £33.17 UMB an hour.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine electrical maintenance and repairs in office buildings.
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, and control systems.
- Ensure all electrical work complies with safety standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to minimise downtime.
- Collaborate with other maintenance staff and office management to address electrical issues promptly.
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work.
Qualifications:
- Certified electrician with relevant qualifications and licences.
- Proven experience in commercial electrical work.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
