Working Hours: Part-time (3 days per week), flexible hours (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 9:00am – 17:00pm)
Salary: £31,850 – £34,000 FTE
Location: Primarily remote work, occasional face-to-face meetings in London (1-2 times a month). Occasional travel to cover the North of England, including the north.
Reporting Line: This person will report to the Business Partner. Close collaboration with the BP based in the north.
Responsibilities:
- Provide proactive HR advice and support to managers across the organisation.
- Assist in delivering the People Strategy aligned with safeguarding and EDI policies.
- Coach managers on employee relations matters.
Experience:
- Generalist ER background.
- Handling complex ER cases and TUPE experience.
- Familiarity with change management, long-term sickness, and organisational growth.
Qualifications:
- CIPD Level 5 or above.
- Industry experience (private or public) that aligns with organisational values.
