Your new role
Maintain and manage all project documents and correspondence.
Ensure all information is accurate, up-to-date, and complies with company standards and project requirements.
Distribute correspondence to relevant stakeholders.
Organise and archive filing systems in both electronic and hard copy formats, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
Ensure all project processes comply with relevant regulations and standards.
Work closely with senior management in the office and ensure direct communication with sites.
Identifying opportunities for improving processes and implementing best practices.
What you’ll need to succeed
Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a similar role, on large projects.
Good understanding of Aconex, SharePoint, Viewpoint and MS Office applications.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and take on new challenges.
Strong sense of ambition and a drive to take on more.
