    Your new role

  • Maintain and manage all project documents and correspondence.
  • Ensure all information is accurate, up-to-date, and complies with company standards and project requirements.
  • Distribute correspondence to relevant stakeholders.
  • Organise and archive filing systems in both electronic and hard copy formats, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
  • Ensure all project processes comply with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Work closely with senior management in the office and ensure direct communication with sites.
  • Identifying opportunities for improving processes and implementing best practices.
  • What you’ll need to succeed

  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a similar role, on large projects.
  • Good understanding of Aconex, SharePoint, Viewpoint and MS Office applications.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and take on new challenges.
  • Strong sense of ambition and a drive to take on more.
