    A Snapshot of your Day:

In the morning you have invited engineers from two different departments to clarify re-occurring issues about provisioning of engineering interface data during project execution. You analyze the problem together with the engineers and develop an action plan to prevent such issues in future. Later you confirm the responsibilities for this action plan and start to drive the implementation. After lunch you meet with the global digitalization working group to discuss the next steps to further develop and improve the engineering tool landscape.

During the afternoon you have invited a global project team to align on latest achievements and next steps about the introduction of a new document management tool. At the end of your working day, you have a chat with a colleague discussing ideas to simplify our project execution processes. There are some really good ideas you plan to follow up the next day.

Then, it’s time and you call it a day.
