A Snapshot of Your Day
Will provide technical support and help trouble shoot problems with the Process Engineers in the manufacturing of investment castings that meet the highest quality standards at the lowest possible cost in the Gibsonton Florida location.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Will work closely with Process Engineers and Senior Process engineers for support and gain knowledge about Metallurgy within the casting process using engineering principles and creativity as necessary to develop and improve processes that result in the production of quality castings.
- Will develop clear work instructions pertaining to the investment casting process and works with manufacturing on any improvements to instructions.
- Operating equipment and performing some manufacturing operations including but not limited to wax assembly, injection, sandblast, grinding, or knockout to determine the best process and to expedite engineering parts.
- Other duties and cross training as need it.
What You Bring
- High School Diploma and currently enrolled in a Bachelor of Engineering program at the University level. Concentrations must be in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial or Chemical engineering.
- Must be computer literate, with mathematical skills and reasoning ability.
- Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
- This position will require an export license from the Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security, and/or the Department of State, Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. Issuance of any required license is a prerequisite for this position. The candidate must be able to work with export-controlled technology in accordance with US export control law.
