We are seeking a dedicated and resilient English Teacher to join our team in Bampton, Oxfordshire. Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality English education to students with ASD and SEMH needs, helping them learn, develop their abilities, and raise their self-esteem.
- Create engaging and inclusive lesson plans tailored to the diverse needs of students.
- Foster a supportive and nurturing learning environment that promotes academic and personal growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues and external professionals to ensure holistic support for students.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.
- Experience working with children and young people with ASD and SEMH needs preferred but not essential.
- Resilience, patience, and dedication to supporting the unique needs of each student.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 14.3% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
