Day Webster are currently seeking an experienced ENT Consultant to join a well-established NHS Trust in the Northampton / Kettering area.This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to contribute to a high-performing team, providing specialist Ear, Nose and Throat services to patients across the region.Position: ENT ConsultantLocation: Northampton / KetteringContract Type: Locum / Fixed TermStart Date: ASAPPay Rate: Competitive rates, dependent on experienceRole Overview:As an ENT Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care to patients, including outpatient clinics, theatre sessions, ward rounds, and on-call duties where required. You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for ENT-related conditions
• Participate in theatre lists and outpatient clinics
• Supervise junior medical staff and contribute to teaching and training
• Engage in clinical governance and service development initiatives
• Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high standards of patient care

Requirements:

• Full GMC registration with a licence to practise
• Inclusion on the Specialist Register in Otolaryngology (ENT)
• Relevant NHS experience at Consultant level
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to maintaining high clinical standards
