A Snapshot of Your Day
We are looking for someone who wants to take on a new role
and manage a team (over 30 people) in an international Project Entity (Erection
& Commissioning) environment. This person will be responsible for ensuring high-quality
services in the erection and commissioning of Siemens Energy technological
solutions on projects worldwide.
Your Contribution
– Building a team – recruiting new employees, developing
their competencies, and creating an optimal organizational culture.
- Effective planning of the
department’s work, ensuring work safety, business development, and
employee development. - Collaborating with
internal clients within Siemens Energy on global projects. - Participating in internal
projects within PE EC. - Seeking new and innovative
business solutions. - Developing team strategies
considering current business needs and the dynamic development and
changing conditions in the global energy market.
What You Bring
- Experience in managing a
large team, including dispersed and diversified teams operating in global,
optimally matrix structures. - Several years of
experience working in an international environment/team. - Ability to motivate the
team and build long-term relationships. - Higher education and
experience in process management focused on efficiency or project
management. - Very good command of
English, both spoken and written (knowledge of German will be an
additional asset). - Ability to establish and
develop business relationships and knowledge of the employee delegation
process (will be an additional asset). - Problem-solving skills,
creativity, effectiveness in action, ability to work under time pressure,
and in a changing business environment.
About Your Team
Project Entity is responsible for the high-quality execution
of comprehensive Siemens Energy projects worldwide. Its engineering activities
include, among others, turnkey projects (EPC, Engineering, Procurement, and
Construction), implementations based on HVAC and HVDC (High Voltage
Alternate/Direct Current) technologies, and projects based on gas turbines,
steam turbines, hydrogen solutions, or systems combining the above into hybrid
setups.
Additionally, Project Entity provides solutions in the area
of grid stabilization systems, energy storage, switchgear, and high-voltage
transformers, as well as systems digitizing the aforementioned areas.
