Information on the role

• Manage accurate records of tender and contract documents
• Prepare detailed bills of quantities and work schedules for accurate pricing
• Compile tender comparisons and consideration
• Present tenders at settlement meetings with a comprehensive knowledge of the best approach to be taken
• Offer advice on risk and value engineering options
• Work closely with supply chains to ensure competitive tenders
• Contribute to database tenders for historical data and average rates and supply chain databases
• Develop relationships with consultants and clients
• Maximise efficiency of services, utilising all resources in conjunction with the Project Managers, and identity problems, taking the relevant action to resolve them

What we’d like from you

• Experience Estimating projects involving Fire & Security Systems i.e., CCTV, Door Entry, IRS, Access Control Systems, Fire Alarms
• Extensive Estimating Security & Construction experience
• Exceptional written and spoken English skills
• Self-motivated personality
• Attention to detail with a right first-time attitude
• Organisation and time management skills
