    How You’ll Make an Impact

    • Organize
      and manage internal events

      : Plan
      and execute a variety of internal events aimed at enhancing business
      operations and employee well-being. This includes team-building activities
      and corporate celebrations, award ceremonies
    • Support
      customer and HQ visits (town hall meetings)

      : Coordinate and facilitate
      visits from customers and headquarters, ensuring a positive and engaging
      experience.
    • Manage
      internal newsletters and publications:

      Oversee the creation and
      distribution of internal newsletters and publications, both digitally and
      in printed form in the factory. Ensure content is relevant, engaging, and
      aligns with company goals.
    • Social
      media content creation:

      Write compelling content for the company’s
      social media platforms to enhance online presence and engagement.
    • Develop
      and execute engagement and communication strategies:

      Collaborate with
      affiliated stakeholders to develop and implement comprehensive engagement
      strategies for the local site. This includes identifying key engagement
      opportunities and measuring their impact.
    • Create
      engagement assets:

      Produce engagement materials such as films, videos,
      photos, and presentations to support communication and marketing efforts.
    • Enhance
      community engagement:

      Actively engage with both blue-collar and
      white-collar employees and top management to foster a strong sense of
      community and belonging within the organization.
    • Foster
      external positioning:

      Contribute to the external positioning and
      branding of distribution transformers, ensuring the company’s products are
      well-represented in the market.


    What You Bring

    • Bachelor’s
      degree or higher in relevant institution.
    • Proven
      expertise in event organization.
    • Working
      history at production sector.
    • Previous
      communication experience is an advantage.
    • Strong
      interpersonal skills, persuasiveness and proactivity
    • Well-developed
      organizational skills, teamwork, and attention to detail with ability to
      prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines.
    • Excellent
      English skills (written /verbal), presentation and negotiation skills.
      Additional language skills are advantageous.
