Exam Invigilator – High Wycombe, BuckinghamshireCasual Contract £14-15 per hour
Secondary Schools in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire are now recruiting regular, reliable and attentive individuals to join their team as an Exam Invigilator.
The Exam Invigilator plays a vital role in ensuring examinations run smoothly and fairly for all students.
Core Responsibilities:
- Follow all exam board and JCQ regulations
- Prepare examination rooms
- Distribute and collect exam materials
- Verify student attendance
- Maintain silence and exam conditions
- Supervise entry and exit procedures
Exam Periods:
Mock exams most commonly take place:
- November, December, March & early May
Main external exams commonly take place (maximum availability required):
- May & June
Sessions:
- Morning (AM)
- Afternoon (PM)
Living locally to High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire is beneficial due to session gaps.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in school settings (prioritised for booking, however, not essential)
- High attention to detail
- Calm under pressure
- Professional communication skills
- Able to stand for extended periods
- Punctual and organised
