    Be a Sales Superstar: Field Sales Representative

    • Commission Only Role – 20% of all sales
    • Appointments confirmed and qualified by your own telesales office based team.
    • You will be provided with up to 5 hot lead appointments per day
    • Average sale in Home Improvements Industry is approximately £5000 (20% of this is £1000)
    • You will need your own transport and clean license
    • We will pay you £250 to cover your fuel costs for the 1st four weeks, then you will pay your fuel commencing week 5
    • Can be based anywhere in the UK and we will appoint in that area to suit your reachability
    • Self Employed – Weekly Pay every Friday

    B2C selling to Homeowners various products in Home Improvement including

    • Solar Battery Invertors
    • Spray Foam Insulation
    • Flat Roofs
    • PIV’s
    • Wall Coatings
    • Roof Coatings
    • Foil Insulation
    • Gutterings
    • Windows & Doors

    What you’ll do:

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
    • Convert qualified leads into sales.
    • Achieve and surpass sales targets through effective negotiations.
    • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs.
    • Provide excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.
    • Prepare insightful reports on sales activities and market trends.

    • Possesses excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
    • Is a highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic.
    • Results-oriented with the ability to achieve and exceed targets.
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
    • A valid driver’s license and own transport.
