Finance Administrator job in Troon.
Your new company
Based in Troon, our client is recruiting for a Finance Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. The role is Monday-Friday 9am – 5.30pm. It is advisable, although not essential, that applicants have access to their own transport. Experience of finance administration/purchase ledger is advantageous but not essential.
Your new role
Reporting to the Finance Manager and working as part of a small team, you will undertake a range of duties. Your tasks will include, but will not be limited to; processing invoices, filing, setting up new suppliers on the system, processing payments, handling queries from suppliers, reporting for senior management and general associated administration.
What you’ll need to succeed
You will have excellent administration skills and be keen to learn & develop in areas in which you are less experienced. You will have excellent communication skills as you will liaise with suppliers and management on a daily basis via telephone, email and face to face. You will be a team player who can also work well from their own initiative.
