Snapshot of Your Day
Your day offers a wide variety of topics that keep it interesting
and challenging with lots of opportunities to learn. You will support other
departments and regions to set up Alteryx workflows to automate their manual
work, to create dashboards in Tableau and SAC together with them and to roll
out new processes and dashboards to a wider audience. You will also train
numerous colleagues on these tools to make the whole organization future ready.
How You’ll Make an Impact
You will drive the digitalization efforts for the Finance
community of Grid Technology Sales together with your team colleague using
tools such as Snowflake, Alteryx, Tableau and SAC. Some of the task you will be
performing are:
- Building
dashboards by means of extracting data from data sources like Snowflake
with the ETL tool Alteryx - Mapping and
cleaning the data in Alteryx and then visualizing it in Tableau and SAC - Interpreting the
data from a financial sales perspective is vital to derive the right
conclusion out of the data - Furthermore, other
departments and regions need to be trained on how to do automation as well
which is also part of the role - Continuous support
needs to be provided to the other departments and regions in case they
need help
What You Bring
- Degree
educated in either Business Administration, Mathematics or Computer
Sciences, the ideal candidate will be strong in looking holistically at
systems and processes - Knowledge in Alteryx
- Knowledge in Tableau
- Knowledge in SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud)
would be a plus - Strong motivation to learn new tools and
enhance knowledge about existing tools - Experience in Controlling
- Ideally experienced in operating sales
- Fluent in English language and capable of
communicating with a worldwide team located in different time zones - Outward personality to promote new tools
and train the community
