The Opportunity
- Build and refine the finance systems and processes that will scale with the business
- Develop and own a financial model and business plan to drive growth and inform key decisions
- Oversee all core finance operations – accounting, reporting, compliance and controls
- Lead forecasting, budgeting and long-term planning, guiding leadership with clear insight
- Analyse performance across P&L, cash flow, risk, projects and client profitability
- Support pricing, commercial contracts, procurement and strategic initiatives
- Provide commercial and strategic insight directly to the leadership team
The Person
- Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Accountancy Practice and consultancy background is desirable
- Strong modelling and commercial skills
- Confident partnering with senior leadership
- Thrive in a fast-growing and dynamic environment
