We’re looking for a Finance Manager – MHDV Projects to join our Central Finance team, to support our Malmaison and Hotel du Vin hotels, part of the Frasers Hospitality group. Both brands offer a completely different, yet equally enjoyable experience:

This is 12-month fixed term contract and a critical role, integral in driving the performance of the business. As the Finance Manager – MHDV Projects (“FM Projects”) you will lead in delivering finance projects within the MHDV Group. Working closely with other members of the finance team – central and operational and across department including IT, tax and legal, the FM Projects will spearhead and support initiatives for improving various processes and structures for the finance department.
What we’re looking for:
- Qualified Accountant ACA / ACCA / CIMA
- Post-qualified experience in industry, preferably within Hospitality
- Experience with project management, delivering key initiatives to a high standard
- Ability to work closely with other members of the finance team – central and operational and across department including IT, tax and legal
- Initiate and own new processes and where appropriate hand off to teams once smoothly operating.
- Implement software automation tools to build efficiencies in repetitive tasks.
- Proven capability to communicate Financial Information to various stakeholders, especially with non-financial background.
- Proven track record of delivering to high standards and to tight deadlines.
- Previous experience in project management advantageous.
- Desire to drive improvements in the end-to-end financial accounting and reporting process.
- An eye for detail and the ability to identify errors and offer workable solutions.
- Strong systems skills with a mindset of continuous improvement.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- A disciplined approach to production and documentation of work.
