Finance Manager – Leeds
We are now on the hunt for a Finance Manager to join us, based in our Park Plaza Leeds. As our Finance Manager, you will be more than just the friendly face of Park Plaza, you will join us in our mission to drive growth and create long‑term value by valuing our people, being led by an entrepreneurial Executive Leadership Team and through investing in our portfolio, opportunities, and local communities.
Your Finance Manager duties will be:
- Month End reporting cycle, balance sheet reviews, accrual management & review
- PPHE Critical Process and process improvement
- Reporting and Analysis, Audit liaison
- Project Initiatives/Continuous Improvement
- Financial Control and Working Capital Management
About you:
- Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) (preferred)
- Good knowledge of SAP, INFOR SUN, & Opera is advantageous
- High Excel proficiency
- Knowledge of productivity methodology (e.g. Kaisan) and AI tools (e.g. Blue Prism, Powerautomate) preferred.
- Able to communicate effectively between different levels and departments within PPHE
- Actively takes the lead and provides a positive role model for leadership
