On top of the day-to-day duties, there is plenty of scope for YOU to introduce new accounting reporting and procedures to drive best practice
Experience with FX/hedging and import experience would be useful but not essential

The business has been trading for 30+ years and is renowned for its customer excellence. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a blend of technical, commercial, and operational accounting experience to work in a new role that has been formed due to change in business ownership
Key duties will involve:-
Preparation of monthly management accounts
Cashflow forecasting
Preparation and submission of quarterly VAT returns
Payroll preparation and submission to bureau
Profit and loss margin analysis by products
Lead the budgeting and forecasting process
Oversee stock management system
Present key financial information to senior management
Key contact for auditors and banking partners
Lead in the development and improvement of processes, controls and IT systems
Management of a small finance team / HR administration
Liaising with auditors for year-end statutory accounts preparation
