Job role: FM Service Delivery Manager
Job location: York
Job salary : £54k + Benefits
The knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience relevant to the position are:
- Experienced in building services maintenance (Apprenticeship or equivalent)
- Hold, or attain, an appropriate FM/Engineering qualification
- A Health & Safety qualification – IOSH/NEBOSH
- Member of relevant industry body (IWFM, CMI, Tech/CMIOSH)
- Working knowledge of H&S legislation and management in the application of FM Services
- Experience of in-house and outsourced estates management service delivery, ensuring compliance.
- Experience within a dispersed, multi-functional, demanding and people focused environment.
- Experience of managing complex FM contracts
- Understanding company vision and strategic direction.
- Ability to communicate at all levels both verbal and written, also note taking.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and self-motivated.
- Team worker and flexibility within the contracted hours.
- Computer literate
- Strong team player and a ‘can do’ attitude.
- Intuitive and proactive nature.
- High moral standards with absolute integrity
