    As a shift co ordinator working on O&M
    Contract at ONGC Nandasan, you will be involved in leading the Operation and Maintenance
    team 24 x 7 and in three shift as per requirement, providing 100% availability
    of machinery without process interruptions, and ensuring the reliability and
    efficiency of mechanical equipment and systems. You will work on meaningful
    projects such as developing and implementing operation & maintenance strategies,
    conducting regular inspections, and working as shift co Ordinator with team. Your
    work will have a significant impact on the team, our customers, and Siemens Energy’s
    mission by contributing to the smooth operation of mechanical assets and
    ensuring the safety and reliability of oil and gas production. You can expect

    How You’ll Make an Impact
     

    ·        
    Develop and implement O&M strategies
    to ensure reliable operation of equipment. 

    ·        
    Identification of hazards and risk
    involved in day-to-day activities and assessing 
    control measures for a safe working environment. 

    ·        
    Communication with SE Managers, Workmen
    regarding all activities done at site and preparing required
    documentation. 

    ·        
    Involving in Toolbox talks, Trainings,
    Awareness sessions for day-to-day job activities 
    and EHS. 

    ·        
    Compiling all guidelines and inspection
    required for work performed at site and 
    maintaining records. 

    ·        
    Start/Stop/Changeovers of Compressor
    trains as per requirements of Gas Compression. 

    ·        
    Responsible to ensure the availability of
    all compressor packages for operation. 

    ·        
    Continues vigilant on Operation of
    Compressors and immediate action on Predictive and preventive maintenance. 

    ·        
    Condition monitoring of equipment,
    maintaining records as per SE guidelines and 

    Contractual requirements.  

    ·        
    Scheduling of periodic Maintenance
    activities of Compressor trains and associated auxiliary as per OEM guidelines
    and clients IMS schedule. 

    ·        
    Inspection and Maintaining of EHS
    documentation required for site. 

    ·        
    Preparation for site audits like
    Internal/Client/Technical/EHS/DGMS/OISD/Etc. 

    ·        
    Performing on-hand job for compressor
    train

    schedule/Preventive/predictive/routine/Breakdown
    maintenance. 

    ·        
    Handling of precision tools for measuring
    required dimensions of machinery parts and comparing with OEM standards.  

    ·        
    Troubleshooting of issues in compressor
    train and preparation of failure analysis for 
    issues.

    ·        
    Involving in Monthly activities planning,
    maintaining records for spare parts, consumables, waste management, shutdown
    activities.

    ·        
    Internal auditing of Tools, consumables,
    PPEs, and documentation. 

    ·        
    Uploading all documentations related to
    site in SE internal servers. 

    ·        
    Responsible for all jobs carried at site
    not only limited to mechanical activities. 

    What You Bring
     

    ·        
    Minimum Qualification: Diploma with
    minimum 5 years’ experience on Operations and mechanical maintenance of
    compressor package in Pipeline compressor station/ Offshore oil & gas
    production & processing units/Refineries/Oil & gas drilling/gas wells
    & gathering station/Onshore-gas processing/power plants. 

    ·        
    Knowledge on handling precision tools, EOT
    operation, Condition monitoring of machinery, analysing and rectification of
    issues in Machinery. 

    ·        
    Having good soft skills (MS Office, MS
    Word, MS Excel, Power Point). 

    ·        
    Basic Knowledge about EHS practice like firefighting
    and first aid at Oil and Gas field. 

    ·        
    Must have Hindi and Tamil language
    speaking skill.
