    A social housing maintenance contractor are hiring a Gas Contract Manager for their client, a London Borough.

    Our client provide integrated asset management for housing associations and local authorities, focusing on improving the living conditions of residents and leaving a lasting legacy in the communities they serve. Their services include responsive repairs, void refurbishments, compliance services and planned maintenance works.
    Your new role

    Leading the day-to-day activity of the Project, in accordance with best practise and governance standards, you’ll ensure all business objectives are met, within overall time, cost and budget constraints, whilst supporting the bid and business development process.
    With a detailed understanding of operational, commercial and contractual KPIs, you’ll manage and maximise operational service delivery and productivity of all gas engineering works, promoting a clear focus on quality assurance, service accessibility and responsiveness, maximising client involvement and feedback.
    What you’ll need to succeed

    To succeed in this role, you will require relevant experience in managing/supervising a social housing gas maintenance contract, with an understanding of profit and loss accounting, budget management and a knowledge of MSi systems or similar task management service, power bi experience and an advanced understanding of Excel. You will also require:

    • 5+ social housing gas experience
    • SMSTS (or ability to obtain)
    • Gas qualified
    • Knowledge of responsive, cyclical and planned maintenance services
    • Excellent leadership skills motivating a range of teams in order to deliver excellent services to our customers.
    • Full UK driving license
