As a Site
Installation Engineer
at Siemens Energy, you will play a crucial role in overseeing
the execution of projects at client sites. Your day will involve coordinating
assembly teams, ensuring safety and quality standards are met, and liaising
with clients to ensure their needs are addressed. You will be part of a dynamic

This job
post is aimed at experienced professionals in site management, particularly
those with a background in high voltage systems and a passion for renewable
energy solutions. You will
work on projects involving the assembly and maintenance of gas-insulated
switchgear (GIS) and other high voltage products, contributing to the
decarbonization of energy systems. Your work will directly impact the
efficiency and success of energy projects, enhancing client satisfaction and
supporting Siemens Energy’s mission to provide sustainable, reliable, and
affordable energy solutions. You can expect a

How
You’ll Make an Impact
- Supervise the
execution of projects at client sites, ensuring adherence to safety and
quality standards. - Coordinate
assembly teams and subcontractors, validating their skill levels and
managing their performance. - Review project
documentation and report any discrepancies to project management. - Participate in
project planning and scheduling, proposing improvements to enhance
productivity. - Maintain accurate
records for billing and project completion, ensuring all contractual
obligations are met. - Report regularly
on project progress and document all relevant HSE events.
What You
Bring
- Bachelor’s degree
(Bac + 5) in Electrotechnics / Electromechanics. - Over 3 years of
professional experience in site management, particularly in high voltage
systems. - Proficiency in
Microsoft tools, including Excel and MS Project. - Strong leadership
and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams
effectively. - A valid driver’s
license.
