- Playing a key role in the broad scope of Software, hardware development and related processes, ensuring quality, reuse and scale of components.
- Engaging in deep collaboration with adjacent functions to weave innovative solutions into the fabric of our portfolio, thereby enriching our market offering and strategic positioning.
- Govern and regulate the processes of product, solution development across the business unit, as well cyber security and data structures compliances.
- Championing a culture of innovation and forward-thinking across multidisciplinary teams, encouraging a holistic and integrated approach to tackling the challenges and opportunities within the energy sector.
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Broad experience in the energy sector, particularly in areas related to IoT and Edge, and grid enhancements. (10+ years’ experience required. *Candidates with more experience can be considered for a higher level or vice-versa.)
- A track record of involvement in diverse initiatives within the energy sector, showcasing a capacity for strategic thinking and innovation and customer orientation approach, with expertise on Software, System Architecture and quality assurance processes.
- Experience in adapting to and navigating the complexities of the power transmission and distribution landscape, with a keen eye on future trends and technological advancements.
- An inherent ability to travel as needed to align with strategic business objectives and stakeholder engagements, both regionally and globally.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, albeit without direct team lead responsibilities, showcasing the ability to influence and drive initiatives across multidisciplinary teams and geographical boundaries.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, adept at managing relationships within a multi-stakeholder environment, prioritizing effectively, and guiding strategic discussions towards actionable outcomes.
