A Snapshot of Your Day
As Head of Project Management (f/m/d) – Grid Technology – Grid Access Projects you will be responsible for managing the project’s portfolio of Grid Access ensuring the achievement of the organizational KPI’s, build the capacity requirements to fulfill the project’s requirements; insure customer satisfaction through successful project’s execution; developing the skill set of a team of around 50 qualified employees through knowledge transfer and talent management to grow our people. How You’ll Make an Impact
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and partners, ensuring their needs are met and contractual obligations fulfilled. Proactively identify and resolve issues and establish a continuous feedback loop for insights and adjustments
- Responsible for managing and developing employees, ensuring knowledge transfer, and planning development and retention. Build strong teams, distribute talent, cultivate open-mindedness, seek feedback, and initiate change by challenging the status quo and advocating for our values
- Lead project’s performance to ensure they meet important metrics like budget, schedule, scope, and quality. Measure customer satisfaction with project delivery and overall relationship
- Shape the future by developing and implementing programs and strategies to achieve intended outcomes and ensure long-term business success
- Advocate for security and integrity by applying the highest standards and ensuring compliance. Represent Siemens Energy’s interests, acting as a unified entity, and manage collaborators including internal customers, partners, and suppliers
What You Bring
- Bachelor / Master’s degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field, preferably in Engineering or similar
- Proven track record in managing people and organizations and capability of managing complex projects
- Several years leadership experience in an international, multicultural environment
- Pro-active attitude and drive to create a positive impact for Siemens Energy as well as excellent organizational, structured, time management skills with adaptability to unplanned situations
- Strong collaboration skills to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external parties at the highest levels of the organization
- Fluent in English and high willingness to travel globally

We create and make use of synergies and high qualified competences across all Business Areas to deliver projects as One Siemens Energy. With a strong focus on digitalization and productivity we deliver projects on time and in budget while driving project excellence standards, best practices and lessons learned across the organization.
